    We ship every Monday and Friday. Please allow up to 2 days for your order to process before shipping.

    We are not responsible to stolen or lost packages. If packages in your area are subject to theft or related acts of buffoonery, select SIGNATURE REQUIRE during the checkout process. Please include your phone number on your order for delivery needs.

    Free shipping on domestic orders over $295.
    All orders are shipped via UPS Ground or UPS 3 DAY SELECTS.

    INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
    SYRO does not cover international customs and VAT taxes

    UPS Standard (3-5 days) for Orders to Canada or Mexico.

  • Returns

    Item must be unworn, unused, in the same condition received, including original packaging materials within 30 days of shipping.

    Please try your shoes on a carpeted surface to avoid damage!

    You can request a pre-paid shipping label (USA orders only) that will be deducted from your refund.

    Refund will be processed immediately once we receive the package.

    We’re sorry your SYRO didn't work out! Please note that we do not currently process exchanges. Please follow the above return instructions and re-order the proper size/style.

  • Important Notice

    Please try your shoes on a carpeted surface to avoid damage!

    Shoes must be returned in brand-new condition within 30 days of shipping. We reserve the right to deny returns if the item(s) does not meet our policy requirements.

    We are unable to refund shipping costs and international customs taxes. Check with your customs office to request a refund on any taxes.
